1 General Terms & Conditions

In accumulator or parlay bets, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections continue to stand.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck33e platform and will result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a false identity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Attempting to collude with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Depositing or receiving funds from a third-party account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Ck33e reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• If the required documents for identity verification are not submitted.
• Suspicious or unusual activity is detected on the account.
• Account inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

If your account holds a valid balance at the time of closure and no rules have been violated, ck33e will arrange to return those funds. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
